Platform Role

Hotixy operates as a publishing and content discovery platform. Third-party publishers, advertisers and users may independently upload or publish content through the platform. Hotixy does not actively pre-screen every uploaded item before publication and therefore relies on valid legal notices and verified reports for copyright enforcement procedures.

We act as a neutral platform provider and reserve the right to investigate, review or reject notices that appear incomplete, misleading, abusive, fraudulent or legally insufficient.

Valid DMCA Requirements

To process a copyright takedown request, complainants must provide accurate legal information, ownership evidence and clear identification of the allegedly infringing material. Requests lacking sufficient proof, incomplete ownership claims or unverifiable information may be ignored, delayed or rejected without further action.

Hotixy reserves full discretion regarding enforcement decisions related to repeated abuse or policy violations.

Legal Compliance

Hotixy aims to comply with applicable copyright principles, intellectual property protection standards and responsible digital publishing practices. However, submission of a DMCA request does not guarantee automatic action, immediate removal or specific legal outcomes.

Users submitting complaints acknowledge responsibility for ensuring that their claims are accurate, truthful and legally supportable. Knowingly submitting false copyright claims may expose complainants to legal consequences under applicable laws.

Platform Rights

Hotixy reserves the right to reject, ignore, investigate or delay notices that appear suspicious, abusive, incomplete or unsupported by sufficient evidence. We also reserve the right to preserve records, logs and complaint data for operational, legal or security purposes.

By submitting a copyright complaint through this platform, complainants confirm that the information provided is truthful, accurate and submitted in good faith under applicable legal standards.
